Jason has always been interested in sport and fitness. He played football at a high standard until he suffered injuries when he was 20. Since then Jason has channeled this interest into Personal Training. He has built his experience at top health clubs in London and joined the Chelsea Club in 2005. He enjoys focusing on strength and conditioning and kick boxing. Jason says, “Most people come to the fitness centre, complete the same exercises every-time and wonder why they see no results after the first 3 months, especially, with weight training, whether it’s getting bigger or toning up, a lot of thought should go into your training and that’s where I come in. I like to comprehensively plan my sessions, in order to maximize both my clients and my own training. I think it is important to set an achievable goal and once it has been achieved, then set a new goal.”
