Members may use our on-site crèche, located by the entrance of the club, just inside the stadium. You'll be able to relax and enjoy your time at the health club safe in the knowledge that your children will be well looked after.
Our crèche is run by the UK's largest childcare provider Tinies Childcare, who are registered with Ofsted. All staff are fully interviewed, CRB checked and qualified First Aiders.
In our experience, children learn through first hand experience. They have a natural desire to learn and to make sense of their environment through playing and using their senses. Our setting allows children to develop at their own rate with the focus on what they can do rather than what they can’t. Play is the child’s work, enabling them to make sense of the world around them, exploring and experiencing within the safety of a supervised and caring environment. Our activities are designed to create that special range of experiences (Physical, Intellectual, Social and Emotional), enabling your child to embrace knowledge at their own pace and providing you with the confidence that your child is learning through play.
We have a warm and welcoming approach, taking into consideration every child’s individual needs. We encourage parents to take advantage of our ‘settling in’ procedure, so your child can become familiar with our staff and the crèche environment. Parents can choose to stay with their child on their first visit, for 15 minutes, then progress to 30 minutes to leave their child with our staff team. The same member of staff will care for your child during their settling in process.
Tinies offer a wide range of stimulating activities that are fun & exciting. The following activities will be available every day. Arts & crafts, Construction, Imaginative play, Physical, Baby area, Sand & Water, Home corner. Children are encouraged to select which activities they would like to play with, enhancing their independence and confidence. The baby area is set up to include sensorial and heuristic play activities, encouraging babies to learn and experiment through their senses.
